2. Pricing & Payment
All prices on www.blcraft.dk are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT. Applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed in the checkout before order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely and encrypted via Stripe (256-bit SSL). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, and MobilePay. Payment is captured when production or shipment begins.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Denmark in partnership with GLS. You can select delivery to a GLS ParcelShop (49 DKK) or home delivery. Standard production time is 1-3 business days, followed by 1-2 business days for GLS transit (total expected delivery: 2-5 business days).
As soon as your parcel is handed over to GLS, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking information.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Custom Products
The standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (including laser engraved names, custom text, or chosen motifs). By placing your order, you acknowledge that personalized items are non-refundable once production starts.
For standard off-the-shelf items without personalized engraving, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
5. Warranty & Claims
We provide a 24-month statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). This covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by improper handling, neglect, or standard wear and tear.
If you discover a defect, please contact us promptly at borglasercraft@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve it swiftly.
6. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have any complaints, please contact us directly at borglasercraft@gmail.com so we can find a mutually satisfactory solution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, Danish customers can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk). EU residents can also utilize the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
